Amazing customer service and great boards. Ordered myself and my boyfriend: Naakua ix7. Super fast shipping. One of the boards was missing the fin and a bag had a ripped strap. I emailed customer service on Thursday, Will emailed me back Friday and I had the new fin on my door Monday morning. The boards are so stable in the water and I’m so thrilled! Thank you so much Will!
