Return Policy

Inflatable SUPs

All inflatable SUPs may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 7 days of purchase if THE BOX IS SEALED AND UNOPENED. For online orders that have shipped, the customer is responsible for paying for and shipping the product back. All inflatable SUPs shipped outside of Canada are final sale.

All Other Inflatable Products

All other inflatable products including tubes, boats, and kayaks are final sale.

Hardboards and Kayaks

No returns on hardboards or kayaks. Exchanges are dealt with on a case by case basis. Generally, if the product still looks more or less brand new, it can be exchanged. Any price difference will then be paid if required. The customer is responsible for bringing the product in to our warehouse for the exchange. All inflatable kayaks and boats are final sale.
